Week 21: Watercolor Thankful Feathers

Join me this week for the Thanksgiving edition of our meditative art journey. It's a wonderful opportunity to take just 35 minutes out of your busy holiday week to indulge in some self-care and creativity.

Gather your supplies: watercolors, paper, a pencil or pen, and optionally a hairdryer.

Today, I started feeling overwhelmed and trapped in darkness, but this powerful meditation journey helped me break free from those emotions. It opened my eyes to the glimmers of light that surrounded me, reminding me of the things I am truly grateful for. Reflecting on gratitude can be such a transformative experience.
