I will lead you through light movement, grounding meditation, and an abstract acrylic painting.
During the painting process, I will guide you through breathing, feeling your feelings, and allowing your feelings to move out of your body through your paint strokes. I like to think of this as yoga for your brain.

The cost includes all the supplies you need for painting ( Canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, etc.) and bottled water. All you need to bring is yourself and a snack/drink if you would like.

This event is geared towards adults so ages 16+ only. Limited space to 12 attendees.

I (Emily Brown) will guide you through painting a Floral Arrangement on 10x20 Canvas. We will start right at 5:30! (Florals in the picture are just one variation of the painting you will be creating)

The bar will be open for all your drink and snack needs. You may bring extra little snackies if you wish.

What I provide:

*The 10x20 canvas to paint and take home

*All paints and painting supplies you need while you are here

*plastic apron to protect your outfit

*a welcoming and fun environment for you and your friends to enjoy

I reserve the right to ask you to leave the event if you are being disruptive or disrespectful. No refunds will be given for any reason. • We will start with some dancing and shaking to get out all of your negative energy

• Then we will ground to center ourselves and be present in this moment

• Next comes our painting! It will be a watercolor piece but will be accessible to make with any supplies you have on hand.

• Finally, I will tell you a bit about my journey and how I got to this space of Art Meditation.

Local artist Emily Brown will be on-site to guide you through painting a portrait of a Scottish Highland cow, any color you like 🤎🧡❤️ We will paint next to all the coos, and we’ll have coos walking around for pets, hugs, and photo ops 🐮🤩🤳
