Week 10: Abstract. No Plan, Just Vibes.

We do gentle stretches and movements. A gentle grounding meditation.

Then we start this week's art in a different way than usual. Usually, I have a plan. I have practiced the piece multiple times so that I can teach it efficiently. But this week, I only had a vision of how it would start and direction from the spirit to do it with no practice.

AND FRIENDS -- THIS MIGHT BE MY FAVORITE ONE YET! We are healing. We are thriving. I am so proud of us.
