This unique crown is made out of soft and fluffy pompoms, playful pipe cleaners, and sparkling gems in a stunning ocean-inspired color scheme.

When I made this peice, I really wanted to make the ultimade party headware and boy, did this taek the cake. The gems on the piece really make you feel like you can be wearing this in your underwater cave of gizmos and gadgets a plenty.

Some of the pipe cleaners may bend slightly in transit but they will straighten right back into place with gentle persuading.
