Found In Art : dandelions

Emily led a Founded Art session focusing on the theme of resilience, using the imagery of dandelions to encourage grounding and growth. She shared her personal struggles and how she uses art as a tool for self-expression and positive change. The session also involved a meditative painting activity and a demonstration of her own creative process, with a focus on using art for personal reflection and self-improvement.

“Emily led a guided meditation focusing on the imagery of a dandelion growing into the ground. She encouraged the participants to visualize their own taproot growing deep into the earth, drawing strength and nourishment from the soil. She also guided the participants to imagine the dandelion as a symbol of resilience and to appreciate its medicinal qualities. At the end of the meditation, Emily asked the participants to open their eyes and thank the dandelion for its grounding presence.”
